Intellectual Property

All products, art and characters from the Grimport Misfits project, which include all the items displayed in The Grimport Shop, are the intellectual property of Fosc X - M.M.Vulić. Unauthorized reproduction or use of my designs, images, or products is strictly prohibited. By engaging with this website and buying from The Grimport Shop, you agree that you will not replicate content for sale or any monetary gain without agreement with Fosc X. You also agree you will not use any content for any AI purposes, be it generating new images, videos, writing, websites, products, etc.

POD (Print on Demand) items

Items with this label are made per-order and shipped to your address directly from the printers, which allows them to be ordered from nearly any country.

This means they'll arrive to your address at different times depending on the printer (check items description) and separately from items that I personally make, pack and sell.

Because these items are all shipped individually, they each have their own shipping price.
