Shipping policy

 

 

I currently ship merch items internationally from EU to select countries:

Argentina, Andorra, Albania, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, BiH, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czechia, China, Japan, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, Mexico, North Macedonia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Philippines, Romania, Serbia, South Korea, San Marino, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, USA and the UK.

Book shipping for unsigned copies is available worldwide.

I currently can't ship to EU countries not listed above until the EPR Situation is resolved. More about it here.

If you're interested in buying, but your country isn't listed, contact me and I'll see if I can open shipping for you! This is possible for majority of the world (exemptions are countries currently in wars, countries with postal restrictions...)

Customs and Import Taxes

USA Customers: Customs duties, clearence and processing are included in your shipping.
Note! POD items are shipped separately and duties might be different!

Customers outside the European Union/USA: You may be asked to pay additional charges from your country’s customs authorities, for example customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

I DO NOT collect or remit VAT tax on orders. These prices are not included in your purchase price, and any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Note: Customs processing may also delay delivery times which is, unfortunately, beyond my control.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within a week and are brought to the postal office every Monday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and Mondays will leave the following week.

Estimated delivery time is up to 30 work days from the date the order is handed over to the postal office (the first Wednesday after placing an order). If the order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact me via contact form or the email you received when I confirmed your order.

TRACKING: Tracking is available for all orders and will be sent to you after the order is handed over to the postal office. If you haven't received your tracking number, please let me know so I can resend it!

POD ITEMS HAVE DIFFERENT SHIPPING TIMES! 
You will get a tracking number for each POD item you order.

Item Origin and Warnings
(EU Required)

Merch items in this shop are all designed in Croatia personally by M.M.Vulić - Fosc X | Fosc Production. All items (besides the POD) are handled and shipped in Croatia by Fosc. Manifacturing of the items takes place in Croatia (check item description to see which items are entirely homemade) and China. POD items have different manifacturing countries depending on your location but are all handled via Printify.

These items are not made for children. Some of them are sharp and may include small parts. Not intended for digestion.
